| If
Shrimp were here he'd be telling some story about head high waves at some
secret spot. That wouldn't be too funny after this past winter season
and now heading into the flat season. |

Great
to be back in town. After a two week vacation, it's time for a vacation
from the vacation. It was great to see that many of the snowbirds that
live in my condo have returned to their summer homes. Then again, that
also means surf season has come to an end. Right now, it's unrideable,
but it looks as if there is hope over the next 48 hours. Keep an eye on
it! |

Nasty,
blown out and going to stick around for a while. Power chop conditions
will reign supreme pretty much all week. Learn to love it. Summer is on
the way ... |
Plenty
of surf to be had today, tomorrow and maybe even maybe the following days.
This morning was very inconsistent waist to chest high with head high
sets and a moderate S drift. It's high tide now, so if you have time you
may want to wait a few hours.

|
Head
to plus power chop. Unless your cranked up on a gallon of coffee and looking
for a serious workout, leave the log at home. It's short board chop heaven
out there. Go surf!

About
1/4 the size of yesteray. Be sure to add sealice to the mix. I came back
with about a dozen welts, some in choice spots. Choice is yours, but I'd
pass if I had to do it over again. Lice sucks ....
All
pics by Chris!

Wind
has died down and the surf is on the way out for South Florida. There's
a small thigh high swell out there right now. Waist high on the sets.
Fairly consistent, fun and no lice. I'd get some while you can.

Either
your at home amongst spring into summer flatness shuffling through your
tax nightmare, while your friends head upcoast to catch clean surf, or
you filed an extension and are heading upcoast to catch fun waves, while
your dumbass friends ..... get in the car and take a drive if you can. |

Overcast
and flat. Maybe some knee high wind chop for Saturday. Not looking good. |
More
of the same. Might as well get used to it ... |
Flat,
but might pick up a bit tonight, before flattening out again tomorrow afternoon. |

Knee
high mushy and .... rideable. Bring the board if you're hitting the beach,
but unless you got a severe jonz it's not worth a special trip. |
Wind
has backed off and we are back to sumer like conditions. Still no waves
in sight for this coming week. |

| Boy
is it nice out. Cool and dry. No surf yet, but wind should be picking
up soon and you might be able to get wet this afternoon. If not, there's
tomorrow and Sunday. Looks like chop with maybe some swell underneath.
This time of year I'd almost gaurantee sea lice. Sunday probably depends
on how many itchy welts you get on today and tomorrow. |
Wind
chop with small swell mixed in. Thigh to max waist high, but definitely
on the way up. There will be surf over the next few days. It could be
messy. It could also get big. Why bother even guessing, just go get wet.
Oh, itch factor was low.

|
Wasn't
happening at the local break so drove a few minutes up the road and caught
some pretty fun ones in the waist to plus range early on. By the time
the locals paddled out, the wind had picked up, tide had started filling
in, and things had gone to crap. Also, took a good beating with sea lice,
so unless it picks up, which it just might, I don't know if it's worth
a week of itch.
