So you slept in hope of scoring a few extra points this morning. Well, you blew it bro, and I can relate. But, there's still hope. Waist plus clean leftovers at first light. Presently, thigh to waist plus cleanness under a light mist. Looking painfully fun!

Light NE wind, which is forecast to pick up shortly after midnight tonight and blow for the rest of the week. If all holds (and it rarely does) we should have chop for the remainder of the work week and maybe a little swell over the weekend.

Set the clock back to late October. Fun waist to head high chop. Extreme high tide did a number on it toward the end of the session. This afternoon should be real fun.

Blown out, unorganized, inconsistent waist to chest high chop. Ahhh, lets not get picky .... still there's no better way to start the day.

Wind forecast to turn tonight. Good chance for a cleaned up S swell tomorrow.

Surfed 2 to 3. Strong N wind. Moderate S drift. Knee to thigh high swell. Pretty sorry stuff.

Thigh high dumpers. Light S drift. Looks as if it's going to go flat for the next few days.

Spring beach day perfection. Another beautiful beach day. Maybe something to play on over the weekend. Until then, find another sport. Beach day. Late Saturday and Sunday looking up.

Early fog quickly burning off. Light SE breeze, which is forecast to pick up to 10 to 15 tonight. Maybe rideable knee high chop this time tomorrow. Is knee high worth ditching the girlfirend, wife, family on V day? "Honey, I just went on the cams and the surf is unbelieable ... chest high and just peeling. All the guys are going out, but since you are so special ...." 5 to 10 mph puff at first light. Wind has picked up to 10 to 15 from the ESE since sunrise ... and what a sunrise it was. Not rideable now, but maybe later. Forecast to increase as the day progresses and blow directly from the South by this evening. Should have rideable chop this afternoon. Tomorrow is iffy. Monday / Tuesday could be da dayzz... Uncle Sam did me right this year. Purchased the new emachine 64bit laptop. Whew, if you're in the market, trust in Shrimp, this thing is the bomb! Rain and no surf.

Light NE breeze with small unrideable swellette rolling up o the beach. Gulf stream is up and there is definitely energy going somewhere. I have a sneaking suspicion that I should not have slept in this morning ... This is not one of my happier moments. As I type this, sitting bone dry in my geeked-out work clothes, thigh to waist plus clean lines roll in just south of my place. See those crap waves in the middle and left pics above, well when I see that in my backyard, its good somewhere nearby. Hope you caught some, if not, go get some now for me. Great, as I typed the above banter, another long long line peeled on by. Ahhhh....

Surfed a few miles up the road. Waist to chest plus. Semi clean early and mushy. The mush unmushed around eight and things got real fun, then on came the N wind. I wouldn't say it totally went to hell, but much better early on. Still fun with size. Grab some if you can.

Surfed up the road a bit this AM. Waist to chest to head to head plus mushy shifty swell. Fun +. Get on it before the wind does.

Surfed a little N of here. Glassy, waist to chest. Very inconsistent with many close outs. High tide was really doing a number on it.

 Nothing here. Flat, cool with an unrideable background line washing up on shore. Palm Beach on up for clean knee to waist swell.

Flat. Swell has died upcoast. Light wind and unrideable.

10 to 15 mph SE wind. Knee to plus south springtime wind chop.

The window on this beach day is about to slam shut. Heavy rain just N of here with low pressure setting up to move off the coast in the near future. Although there's much hype out there in netland, just don't see it happening for South Florida tomorrow (but will still check it). Friday could be real nice. For now, take cover. It's going to be a wet one.

Thigh high residual S wind swell. Look for N swell to begin to filter in this afternoon. Tomorrow could be a good one.

Solid waist to chest high glassy swell early on. Started crapping out shortly after sunrise as the tide neared low. An awesome session. Two cameras rolling at once with 4 to 5 wave sets. Liquid Addiction got the pic of the litter of the early shots. I would defintely check his page for some killer photos.

Swell still rolling in nicely as I type this. Go grab yourself some. Should be awesome once again after the tide change.

Surfed a little N from 9:30 to 11:30. Mushy waist plus. Mostly closing out. Nothing special.

Most would call it waist to chest high junk. But you know what they say about one man's trash...

Forecast shows rideable chop through the week. Have my doubt as to whether it will hold, but looks good at least through Tuesday with strong high pressure.
