| East wind blowing 10+ and it's knee high in some spots. Only going to get bigger from here. Should stay rideable through the rest of the week. |
HOLY CRAP WAS IT GREAT TO SURF AGAIN!!!! Started out solid thigh to waist at 6am and ended at solid waist with chest high sets every ten minutes or so. Awesome time. Real fun chop, bath water warm Atlantic .... really couldn't have asked for much more (being July). Charge it! Top row of L.A. bottom row taken by L.A. Thanks bro! |
Caught a 2 hour drift session this AM. Paddled out in North Broward and got out of the water in Boca. Just hitched a ride home to report back today's epic conditions before heading out again. Ya right! Too stormy and blown out to warrant a session. Crazy squalls rumbling through from time to time with transformers blowing all around and power flickering. Probably much the same as where you're at. Maybe tomorrow for clean up session .... Stay put and safe. |

Continued flatness. Looks like our new little friend is going way S, and there is little likelihood that we're going to get much, if even wind. |
Still with showers on the way. Summer flatness. |

High tide killed it early on. Knee to thigh high rideable now. Small waves should stick around through Monday. |
Knee + and rideable. 10 to 15 breeze to continue for the next 36+ hours. Beautiful summer morning. Head east! | Seek and you shall find. Knee to thigh plus and funable. Go surf. |

Ankle to knee high rideable if you go looking for it. SE wind at 10 mph, and may or may pick up around in a day or two. Back to near flat summer conditions. |
Rideable knee high waves with a 10 to 15 SE breeze. Beach day. If you got the day off, grab the board, cooler (leave the girl at home) and head east. Semi-rideable surf should continue over the next couple days. Waist to chest high waves upcoast tomorrow through the rest of the week. As for me, I'm heading to beautiful Missouri for the next few. Chris should be updating later in the week. Hit it for me ... | I think we've all just about reached our breaking point by now. It's flat. It's been flat and most likely going to stay that way for the forseeable future. This is my fifth year at sc.com and looking back in July's history for rideable days is an adventure in itself. Face it, July just sucks, but on the positive side, it's also just about over. Just try to stay sane and in shape for July, August and surf season is just around the corner. |

| I hope you were one of the few lucky bastards that caught yesterday evening's waist to chest high swell a few minutes up the road. Rolled the dice this morning in hope of leftovers and came up snake eyes. Flat! | Flat and overcast with rain just around the corner. | Major lightening storm going down presently. Abandoned kites lying on the beach. No surf before and there will be no surf after the storm. Marine forecast looks dismal. |

| Flatness | Oil slick flat. Discovery to lift off at 10:39am! | Planned on picking up some leftovers upcoast this morning before work .... alarm didn't go off, so much for getting wet. Well, there's always tomorrow or next week. At home, extreme summer flatness with little hope in sight. Hang in there, our flat season will be over soon .... |

| Hazy and flat. | Rain jnust off coast. Continued flatness with some hope for change next week. | It can't quite decide what it wants to do out there. If you're going to hit the beach, I'd recommend doing it early. Sooner or later I think we're going to have some rain. Marine forecast calls for 10 to 15 mph wind, but it's defintely not over 10. Leave the board at home. |

| Maybe knee high. Wind blowing around 10 mph and may pick-up later in the day. Tropical wave due around Tuesday. July didn't turn out quite as good as I thought it would earlier in the month. Oh well, it's just about over and August is when season ramps up. | ||
