July 03

Wind should begin to pick up soon. Look for rideable surf possible this evening and tomorrow. Thank God July is over!

It's pouring out now. The 15 to 20 mph wind also never materialized, and now doesn't look like it's going to. Knee to max thigh high. I may give it a shot later ... if so, I'll update.

12:30 update: Knee to thigh with waist high sets. Beggers can't be choosers. Go surf!

I really thought there would be something this morning. Nope! Back to near flatness. Unrideable.

July 04 July 5 July 06

Great family beach day. No surf, but not too hot and a good light breeze. No rain, yet. Groups beginning to plunk they tents down and set up shop in preparation for the firework about 8 hours away. To top it all off, the shuttle is set to go in about an hour. Happy Birthday United States!!!!!

Flat and rainy. Unless something tropical spins up, the forecast looks dismal.

Same old song and dance. Flat and rainy.

Possibly but doubtfully some chop late this weekend. Flat for now. Chris coming back today from the LIQUID LODGE in Jamaica where it's been double overhead all week. He's got some serious pics, which I'm sure we'll have up either later today or tomorrow.

Flat for now ....

Gun to the head flat and depressing.

Chris, where's the JAH pics?????

It's sunny out!!!! Get some while you can. Rain will probably return this afternoon. Of course, it's still flat. Weak high pressure will return early this coming week, which will increase our chance for small rideable wind chop.

July 10 July 11 July 12

Flat and sunny. Small time chop may make an appearance anytime tomorrow through Friday.

Above JAH pic of Chris courtesy Chris shot last week.

Not too exciting out there right now. Wind blorwing 10 to 15 mph and it should be rideable later.

Great to get wet but I wouldn't call it great surf. OK is pushing it. Knee plus, and "should" get better.

July 13 July 14 July 15

Knee plus leftovers. Better than it looks from shore.

Knee to thigh high. Should have, could have but lamed out ....

Lake Atlantic!

July 16 July 17 July 18

Flat now and probably will stay this way for a while.

Flat and sunny.

July 19 July 20 July 21

Lake Atlantic

Rainy with light unrideable chop. Light wind and unrideable surf.
July 22 July 23 July 24

If you want to catch a little sunshine, I'd recommend doing it now ...

Sunny and flat. More rain to come later and perhaps some chop mid week.
