Surfed 6:30 - 8 with da core crew. Just didn't pan out as expected. Knee to thigh SE chop. Seemed to be building. Wind SW @ 10 to 15 mph.

 Hooked up with da Core this AM. No dice. Morning is the best time of the day and there's no better place to spend it than on the beach. Add a few good friends, and you're good to go. Surf / no surf .... sometimes it just doesn't seem to matter. Back from a quick, pre Air and Sea show, run on the beach. Light NE wind @ 5 to 10. Boats heading South by the droves with the coast gaurd buzzing every craft exiting the Inlet. Sunny and hot. Grab your cooler, and don't forget the sunblock, it's time to join a million of your closest friends on Lauderdale beach. For me, I'll stick by the pool and hopefully capture a few good pics (not to say I didn't a few minutes back).

Although I'd have to say yesteray's Air and Sea show had a little more impact, today's was awesome. Damn proud to be an American.

Wind blowing ESE @ 10 to 15. A few kites out.

Added a few and left a few of yesterday's pics up with the bottom middle shot being today's sunrise over a flat Atlantic.

Took a ride up to Boca this morning. Knee to thigh and frustrating at low tide. Itch free. Wind forecast to hold through tomorrow. Hit your favorite chop break and catch some!

Vibe was strong this morning with an appearance of SALSA's Monster. Now, we just got to get him out of the damn suite and tie and into the water. Knee to waist high and very funable. No lice. Get some while it lasts.

Hat trick. Knee to thigh.

Hardcore, desperhardcore, blottercore, f'n nuts ... that's today's surf. Ankle to knee high. Charge it!!!

Duraflame, broken pallet, few good buds (pun unintended), and a large sand box ... who needs surf? Well, let not get crazy here. Ankle high with an occasional knee high macker. If the wind picks up, it may become rideable. As of now, it's just not happening. SE wind @ 10 mph.

 Flat. This day belongs to MOM. Continued flatness.

Although starting out as a cloudy dud, last night's eclipse was the bomb after 11pm. Hope you caught it. Today ... oh, in a shocker it's flat again. Flat and muggy. Light SE wind, should pick up a bit later to make it kiteable. Flat.

SE breeze at 10mph and forecasted to pick up to 10 to 15 mph. Looking up for late day / tomorrow AM session.

Took a little drive N this morning. Great sunrise, but marginal waves at best. Ankle to knee high N swell under light NE chop. Thigh high set every 15 to 20 minutes. Palm Beach North for the real stuff.

No time for the N ride this AM. Choppy with knee high swell in North Broward. Head North. East wind @ 15mph.

After checking a couple Broward breaks, settled at the Island in central Broward. Waist to chest to head high. Very fun. Strong East wind and heavy showers.

Dying out SE wind swell. Waist to waist plus sets early on. Wind blowing SE @ 10 to 15. Heavy rain.

 Muggy and flat. More rain on tap. Just received a call from Anarchy. Glassy with head high barrels in choice locations Palm Beach North ... should have trusted in the cat. If you can't catch some, sometimes the next best thing is knowing your friends are. Sounds great, but it's just not making me feel much better...

Flat at home.

Surfed North of Palm Beach from sunrise until 10:30. Inconsistent waist to chest high swell. Some close outs. Light offshore breeze.

At home, sun showers with a 10 - 15 mph SE wind. Few kites out.

Got down to the beach a couple minutes late this morning. When it comes to a quality sunrise, every second counts - one snooze and come back again tomorrow. Well, the sunrise is all there is to talk about in these parts. Flat, flat, flat with a light SE breeze.

Flat, overcast and still. Sun poked out for about 10 minutes. Gone now and probably for the rest of the day. Flat and still.

Not your typical summer morning .. upper 60's, cool and dry with a light SW breeze. Not a cloud in the sky. Perfect morning to sit down on the beach with a book and kick back.

See everyone at the long-awaited LIQUID LUAU tomorrow night. If you haven't been to a Liquid Addiction party in the past, trust me, there's none like it. Pig roast, hula dancers, fire dancers, Jupiter's own Hit Show, raffle, beer, babes ... it's gonna be good .....
