Sorry for the late update and lack of fresh pics. Ran into some battery issues .... anyhow, was all set to go this morning, and batteries weren't the issue, it was lack of surf. Wind was blowing about 5 mph and no waves. That should not be the case the rest of the week!

More of the same with the am high tide. Lower tide and a forecast of lighter winds might be a good call for this afternoon.

No surf here. Wind died after midnight. Maybe again in a few days.

Looks like another flawless and flat beach day.

Another beautiful and dry day. No surf to speak of. Cold front coming down later in the week ....

Overcast with a background swell rolling up on the beach. I hope you were one of the lucky ones who caught it yesterday evening.

Humid and flat. Change is on the way. Strong cold front passing by early this weekend. Maybe a brief shot of swell then several days of chop to follow. We'll take it!

Anyone else happen to see the meteor streaking SE across the sky at 8:55pm, Wednesday night, visible for a solid 90 seconds???? I hope someone saw it. It was insane!

SE wind swell doesn't come along that often, and today isn't exactly dream material. Knee to thigh plus. A couple of strong lines of storms passing through C. FL and PBC right now. Doesn't look like such a pretty beach day or day to watch FAU football @ Lockhart. Oh well ....
